Terms & Conditions

At BMG Physio, we’re committed to ensuring everyone has the best experience possible when using our services.

We may change our T&Cs from time to time so please check this page occasionally to ensure that you’re happy with any changes. By using our website and services, you’re agreeing to be bound by the T&Cs. 

Payment Terms

  • Full payment will be taken at the time of booking your appointment.

  • Payment details will be provided during your initial telephone consultation.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, BMG Physio will require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel, or rearrange said appointment. A full refund will be given.

  • A 20% administration fee will be deducted and the remaining funds will be refunded back to you in the event of a cancellation between 48 and 24 hours of your appointment.

  • If you notify BMG Physio anytime within the 24-hour notice period or are not available at your appointment time, you will be liable to cover the full balance of the appointment. 

  • Outstanding amounts are payable immediately and are not privy to a remittance period. BMG Physio may pass your information to a nominated debt collection agency in the event of failed payment. You will be unable to schedule or attend any future appointments until your account is settled.

Private Medical Insurance (PMI)

  • We do not accept private medical insurance. However, this may change in the future.

Promotions

  • Promotional code or Discount code must be quoted when booking an appointment.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • A code can only be used once by any individual (unless stated otherwise).

  • Promotions are non-transferable between services.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including other promotions.

  • Cannot be used for direct billing to insurance companies.

  • Where an end date is stated, the appointment(s) must be completed prior to this date.

Refund Policy

  • Excluding extenuating circumstances, BMG Physio evokes a no refund policy for all services tendered for accounts settled by where a full, honest and accurate service has been delivered as advertised, consented to and documented by patients/customers.​

  • BMG Physio withhold the right to decide where the criteria of extenuating circumstances have been met and may require supporting evidence to authorise a refund. Extenuating circumstances are defined as follows: “Extenuating circumstances are situation or events that are: Exceptional - different to what you have to deal with in your usual day-to-day life. Unforeseen - you couldn't know that it was going to happen or to have planned for it. Outside of your control - there was nothing that you could do to stop it happening.”​

  • Where patients do qualify for a refund, a compulsory 20% administrative fee will be applied to cover costs including transition fee’s and tax’s. Please allow 7-10 business days for payments to be processed.

Right of Refusal 

  • If it is deemed that the clients property is unsafe or inappropriate for a member of staff to carry out the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and no refund given.​

  • If a member of staff feels unsafe or has been exposed to inappropriate behavior (physical or verbal), they have the right to immediately cancel the appointment. If necessary the clients details will be passed onto the police.
